Business Unit Overview
We are seeking an AI Product Manager – Go to Market to deliver high-impact AI solutions for Tax & Legal Services and act as a credible, practical AI adviser to clients. The role combines the full product delivery responsibilities of an AI Product Manager with client discovery, solution workshops, and hands-on rapid prototyping in Harvey.
You will work with internal business leaders and external clients to understand needs, frame realistic use cases, build or demonstrate simple AI workflows and proofs of concept, and lead the squad that turns agreed opportunities into secure, usable, production-ready products. You are accountable for scope, deadlines, stakeholder alignment, launch, and realised value.
You will also help drive the AI agenda by bringing market and client insights into the roadmap, explaining what AI can and cannot do, and keeping your Harvey, generative AI, and legal technology knowledge continuously up to date.
How You’ll Contribute
Client Discovery, Workshops & Advisory (Core Focus)
Strong experience leading productive client conversations from opportunity to action, including:
• Engage senior client stakeholders, practitioners, and functional leads to understand pain points and strategic priorities
• Plan and facilitate discovery sessions, AI opportunity workshops, process mapping, and use-case prioritisation
• Advise on suitable AI uses, pilot-to-production requirements, and realistic limitations without overpromising
• Translate needs into clear problem statements, scope, demonstrations, requirements, measurable outcomes, and next steps
Harvey Workflows, Demos & Rapid POCs (Core Focus)
Practical, hands-on proficiency in Harvey is essential, including:
• Build simple, repeatable Harvey workflows and proofs of concept with approved, suitable example materials
• Demonstrate relevant legal or tax use cases such as document review, summarisation, extraction, comparison, and drafting support
• Prepare compelling live demos and workshop exercises that show value without hiding limitations or review steps
• Iterate prompts, workflow steps, and outputs with domain experts; document review steps and success criteria
• Know when Harvey is sufficient and when integration or a custom-engineered product is necessary
Product Ownership & Squad Delivery (Core Focus)
Full accountability for taking agreed solutions through execution, including:
• Own a prioritised product roadmap, backlog, release commitments, and clear acceptance criteria
• Coordinate developers, AI engineers, design, testing, integrations, security reviews, UAT, and rollout activities
• Manage sprint plans, milestones, scope, dependencies, effort, risks, and cross-team blockers proactively
• Manage trade-offs and delivery under pressure; escalate scope and schedule risks before deadlines are threatened
• Drive launch readiness, adoption, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement after delivery
Cross-Functional Stakeholder & Client Governance (Core Focus)
Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities, including:
• Align client sponsors, Tax & Legal leaders, delivery teams, IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Privacy functions
• Run clear decision forums, working sessions, status reviews, and executive readouts
• Set realistic expectations on cost, timeline, outputs, responsibilities, and approval dependencies
• Record clear decisions, risks, approvals, and actions, working closely with account or engagement leads
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional digital or AI products to agreed deadlines in complex environments
- Hands-on Harvey experience is required, including ability to independently build and present simple workflows and demos
- Experience facilitating client workshops and advising stakeholders at both working and senior leadership levels
- Experience in Legal, Tax, consulting, professional services, or another regulated field is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Azure, enterprise SaaS, and integration delivery is a plus
- Strong presentation, storytelling, written communication, and commercial judgement skills
