A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Leading conferences, meetings, weddings, social events, and corporate functions from enquiry to execution.
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
- Preparing proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, and event documentation.
- Coordinating with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Rooms, Engineering, and other operational teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Conducting site inspections and client meetings to showcase the hotel's facilities and event capabilities.
- Leading revenue generation through upselling opportunities and effective event planning.
- Monitoring event details, timelines, and budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring all events are delivered in line with brand standards and client expectations.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Supporting pre-opening sales initiatives, promotional activities, and event showcases.
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
What we need from you

- Minimum 2-years of previous experience in Events, Catering Sales, Conference Services, or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management systems.
