Your Day to Day
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing department by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities. Working closely with the wider sales team, you will help drive the growth and success of the hotel through exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven individual who has a passion for luxury hospitality and a keen interest in both sales and marketing functions.
Your key job responsibilities involve:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and correspondence, and coordinating client bookings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, providing timely responses to client requests and ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Support the team with the scheduling and coordination of meetings, site inspections, and event bookings for corporate clients, groups, and individual guests
- Help with the preparation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and promotional content that align with the hotel’s brand
- Help manage and update the hotel’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for visibility
- Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns, both online and offline, that align with the hotel's luxury brand and target audience
Track inquiries and bookings from online and offline channels
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales and marketing support or coordinator role, preferably within the luxury hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, guests, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Opera) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent service
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
