As an Assistant Marketing Manager at Solutions Leisure Group, you will take real ownership of brands. Not just support from the sidelines. You will work across a full marketing ecosystem, including:

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, advertising, and events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver content, promotions, and digital activations that actually move the dial.
- Support social media management, including scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
- Plan and promote events, partnerships, and brand activations.
- Track and report on campaign performance with clear, actionable insight.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and keeping execution cost-effective.
- Bring fresh ideas. We want people who pay attention to what is happening in hospitality and lifestyle marketing, locally and globally.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior hospitality marketing experience, either in-house or in an agency environment. This is required.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is useful but not essential.
- Strong digital marketing skills across social media, analytics, and campaign tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine talent for content.
