Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Monitor order status and proactively follow up on pending actions.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with Yokogawa factories and global operations teams for order execution.
- Track manufacturing schedules and delivery commitments.
- Follow up on production status, lead times, and shipment readiness.
- Expedite critical orders to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely shipment execution
- Address order-related customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support commercial teams in achieving customer delivery commitments.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Engineering. Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Driving license will be added advantage.
