Summary:
Lead the back-end production team to ensure efficient operation, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards within CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd. Oversee daily activities, optimize processes, and manage team performance to meet production targets.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the back-end production team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
* Ensure all production processes meet established quality control standards and specifications for can manufacturing.
* Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety audits and addressing any hazards promptly.
* Troubleshoot production issues and machine malfunctions, escalating complex problems to maintenance or engineering as needed.
* Train new team members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
* Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and report on team performance and output to management.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and contribute to their implementation.
* Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and quality checks.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as front-end production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a technical field or related discipline preferred.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing production, preferably in the can or packaging industry.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
* Demonstrated understanding of quality control principles and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and production specifications.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
