Job Description
Mix and bake ingredients to produce bread, rolls, cookies, pies, pastries, and other baked goods.
Measure or weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, and fillings.
Set oven temperatures and place items into the oven for baking.
Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods.
Prepare and maintain inventory and production records.
Conduct cycle stock counts for bakery items.
Wash and clean utensils used for baking.
Support other bakers and bakery helpers with their workload.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Senior Baker, Store Manager, or Assistant Store Manager.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry production.
