Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Engage warmly with guests, offering drink recommendations and sharing knowledge of our signature menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements related to beverage service.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed, conducting regular checks to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, efficient atmosphere and actively resolve guest concerns.
Must have requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain composure during peak hours.
