What you'll be doing
As a Beauty Consultant, you’ll create memorable beauty experiences by understanding each customer’s needs and recommending the right products. You’ll bring the brand to life, build lasting customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and keep the counter beautifully presented, well stocked, and ready to welcome customers.
Be the brand expert: Deliver skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and personalised recommendations.
Drive brand results: Support sales targets, customer acquisition, loyalty, product launches, and brand activations.
Build strong partnerships: Work closely with retail teams and store management to ensure the brand is visible, well presented, and customer-ready.
Stay connected: Build customer relationships through clienteling and keep up to date with beauty trends, products, and competitors.
What you’ll need to succeed
At least 2 years’ experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines, and consultations.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
A customer-focused, confident, and professional approach.
Passion for luxury beauty, sales, and delivering memorable brand experiences.
