We are looking for a Junior Hairdresser who will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their preferences, performing haircuts, coloring, and styling services, and providing expert advice on hair care and product selection.
1-RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consultation & Advice
▪ Interview clients to understand hair goals and preferences.
▪ Provide personalized recommendations for hairstyles and hair care routines based on hair type,
texture, and facial features.
Hair Services
▪ Perform hair treatments including shampooing, conditioning, cutting, trimming, coloring (dyes, tints, bleaches), straightening, perming, and styling.
▪ Maintain skills in modern and trending hairstyles.
Product Knowledge & Sales
▪ Recommend and cross-sell hair care and styling products to clients.
▪ Advise clients on appropriate products for maintaining hair health and style at home.
Wig & Hairpiece Care
▪ Clean, color, cut, and style wigs and hairpieces as needed.
Hygiene & Safety
▪ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
▪ Sterilize tools and equipment to prevent the spread of germs.
Client Experience & Business Growth
▪ Deliver a professional, friendly, and cooperative demeanor to all clients, including walk-ins.
▪ Foster positive client relationships and contribute to repeat business and new client generation.
2-QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or certificate in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or related field.
- Knowledge of hair care products, styling techniques, and current trends.
▪ Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in salons.
3-EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Hairdresser in a professional salon environment.
- Proven experience in cutting, coloring, styling, and consulting clients.
- Experience with wig and hairpiece styling is a plus.
