Accountabilities

Deliver Defined Client Engagement and Follow Up Tasks This responsibility completes scheduled tasks such as sending updates, confirming actions, and following up on agreed next steps for assigned clients. It follows set scripts or guidelines and records outcomes in required systems. This supports reliable communication and helps maintain relationship continuity.
2. Support Account Planning and Performance Reporting This responsibility compiles data, metrics, and client feedback used in account plans, scorecards, and reviews. It populates templates under direction from more senior team members and checks information for completeness and basic accuracy. This enables leaders and SMEs to monitor performance and refine strategies.
3. Handle Routine Client Issues Using Standard Procedures This responsibility resolves straightforward client issues, such as status updates or simple order or service questions, following defined processes and reference materials. It confirms that the client’s immediate need is addressed and records the resolution. This protects client satisfaction and reduces escalation volume.
4. Populate Basic Proposals and Quotations from Templates This responsibility fills in standard proposal and quotation templates with client specific data within established parameters. It routes drafts for review and approval before any client communication. This helps the team respond quickly to client requests while maintaining content quality and compliance.
5.
