Product Application Engineer – Busway Business
Drive the technical application, specification, and adoption of Schneider Electric Busway solutions across Buildings, Data Centers, Industry, and Infrastructure segments. Act as the technical partner for customers, consultants, contractors, and sales teams to deliver competitive and compliant power distribution solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, single-line diagrams, and layouts to develop optimized solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, and customer presentations
- Provide technical support and application expertise for Schneider Electric Busway solutions.
- Support specification activities with consultants, EPCs, contractors, and end users.
- Collaborate with sales teams to secure project wins and grow the Busway business pipeline..
- Support project execution, technical clarifications, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct customer training, technical workshops, and product presentations.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience in power distribution, application engineering, or technical sales.
- Experience with Busway/Busduct, Switchgear, Transformers, or LV Distribution systems.
- Strong knowledge of IEC standards and electrical system design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
