Job Description
Be part of the exciting pre-opening journey of Radisson Hotel Fujairah!
Located in the heart of Fujairah city, our hotel features 202 contemporary rooms, 8 meeting rooms, a signature bar, and a variety of dining experiences.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie – Arabic Cuisine to join our Culinary Team and bring authentic Arabic flavours to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality Arabic dishes, maintaining authentic flavours and presentation standards.
Manage the assigned kitchen section, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Prepare a variety of traditional Arabic dishes, including hot and cold mezze, grilled specialties, and regional favourites.
Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu development, food preparation, and cost control.
Guide and support junior kitchen team members.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie specialising in Arabic cuisine, preferably in a hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavours.
Experience in both à la carte and buffet operations.
Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen.
A positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
Previous pre-opening experience would be an advantage.
