What you'll be doing
The Co-Branded Credit Card (CBCC) is the next extension of the MUSE loyalty program, planned to launch in the UAE in 2027. The co-Branded Credit Card Manager owns the operational, day-to-day coordination of the launch, with a strong focus on the card's customer value proposition (CVP) and launch readiness.
Working closely with existing functional leaders, this is a hands-on delivery and coordination role, not a strategic or P&L-owning one.
To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for launching CBCC in the UAE on time and to plan, with a clearly defined CVP aligned with MUSE economics, a smooth and low-disruption go-live, strong operational coordination across contributing teams, and achievement of agreed card sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include the below:
Support the PMP team on the CBCC UAE launch plan and timeline once the partnership is finalized, tracking milestones, dependencies and cross-functional readiness through to go-live.
Lead the day-to-day development of the CBCC customer value proposition (CVP) — card benefits, rewards mechanics and points integration with MUSE .
Coordinate operational readiness across functions ahead of launch: customer onboarding/application journey, servicing processes, payment operations and MUSE points integration.
Work on developing and executing all BTL/ activation plans including training in stores for CBCC.
Act as a single point of contact for retail teams on all training and support related activities.
What you’ll need to succeed
You have experience coordinating a product or program launch, ideally in loyalty, cards or financial services.
You preferably have experience in a multi-brand environment, shaping a customer value proposition (CVP).
You possess a commercial acumen.
You possess strong operational and organizational skills, comfortable driving delivery across teams without formal authority over them.
You possess good stakeholder management and communication skills.
You preferably have UAE market knowledge.
