Collections & Recovery
- Manage an allocated portfolio of delinquent customer accounts and drive recovery efforts.
- Achieve assigned collection, recovery, and portfolio performance targets.
- Proactively contact customers through approved communication channels to facilitate account regularization.
- Minimize delinquency levels and support effective portfolio management.
Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management
- Monitor early warning indicators and identify accounts requiring preventive action.
- Assess customer situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support reduction of portfolio flow rates and provisioning impact.
- Escalate complex cases and potential risks where appropriate.
Customer Engagement
- Negotiate repayment solutions and payment commitments with customers.

Education
