What you will be doing:
- Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to enhance the kitchen environment and menu offerings.
- Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of all hot kitchen food items for à la carte and buffet menus in line with hotel recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate a passion for guest satisfaction and continuously seek and respond to guest feedback.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have at least 2 years experience in similar role for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Should have expertise in Ala Carte and Buffet Hot Section
- Should have culinary education background
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
