Join our Customer Service team in Dubai as a Customer Service Administrator.
As our Customer Service Administrator in Dubai (DWC), you will execute logistic administrative functions, coordinate documentation flow between departments, and provide top-tier service to our customers. You will be responsible for scheduling imports and exports, processing customs and documentation, and shipment tracking.

What will your day at GAC look like?
· Coordinate import and export shipments based on customer needs and priorities.
· Process principal orders through the company’s system.
· Prepare export and import customs documentation in line with applicable customs regulations.
· Coordinate daily schedules with operations teams and share transport requirements on time.
· Track shipments until they reach their destination.
· Escalate complaints and service-related issues promptly.
· Respond promptly to customer requests and help ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate and organized records so required information is available when needed.
· Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
Graduate with a university degree, preferably with a diploma in logistics or shipping.
Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
Previous experience in a Free Zone-based logistics or shipping company is a major advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications and adept at learning new software.
Strong English communication skills.
Customer-oriented with excellent telephone etiquette.
