Summary:
The Governance Manager will be responsible for supervising the implementation of OT security solutions, coordinating functions within the OT network infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity guidelines. Additionally, the role involves overseeing training sessions, tabletop exercises, risk monitoring, contract evaluations, incident resolution, and system compliance assessments.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise the development and implementation of OT security solutions.
- Coordinate communication between GRC, Digital & Technology, and OT teams.
- Identify upstream and downstream OT system dependency.
- Monitor compliance against cybersecurity guidelines.
- Conduct role-based awareness training sessions.
- Organize tabletop exercises and cybersecurity simulation exercises.
- Develop methods for monitoring and measuring risk, compliance, and assurance efforts.
- Ensure specifications conform with cybersecurity requirements.
- Analyze cyber security defense policies and configurations.
- Evaluate cyber security aspects of contracts.
- Implement products to manage cyber security risks.
- Recognize patterns of non-compliance with cybersecurity policies.
- Resolve cybersecurity incidents and vulnerability compliance issues.
- Evaluate systems for compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
- Undertake other job-related responsibilities as directed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity guidelines and regulations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to lead training sessions and exercises.
- Experience in risk monitoring and compliance evaluation.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity defense policies and configurations.
