About the role
Responsible for timely collection of patient samples and delivery of reports, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or directly to other business concerns, in stipulated time to the customer’s door step. Need to cruise through busy traffic, jams and long roads keeping in mind the traffic & safety rules, but has to deliver the reports within the stipulated time.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility
• Responsible to deliver/collect a wide variety of items which includes samples, reports etc. to different locations following routes and time schedule.
• Ensures the collection of samples and delivery of reports is made in short and fixed time as determined by the standards.
• Coordinate for the specimen and the reports which need to be delivered after collection of specimen.
• Awareness of road maps across emirates making available the services on time.
• Ensure issued stocks are delivered on time to meet the clients’ request through MRF.
• Maintain Customer relations, by service with a smile, sensitizing on various deviation if any, in advantage to the clients.
• Engage in job activities not limited but expected to be flexible in multi-tasking as and when required by the management
• Ensure the appropriate collection of cash and deliver the cash to accounts department without any variation.
• Ensure Sample chain of custody and temperature is maintained while transit.
• Responsible to maintain the assigned vehicle.
• Follow regulations and safety standards.
• Complete logs and reports.
4.2 Secondary Responsibility
• Maintain professional conduct with internal and external customers for a robust working environment.
• Attends training for self-development.
• Participates in the performance evaluation system.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned based on the requirement.
What we're looking for
• Communication Skills, Spoken English / Hindi. Arabic speaking is desirable. • Time management skill • Good driving record with no traffic violation.
