KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
Prepare concept layouts based on business requirements.

1. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / KNOWLEDGE
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail fit-out, supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, commercial interiors, or shopping malls.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory).
Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office is preferred.
Strong understanding of retail planning, customer circulation, merchandising layouts, equipment integration, and interior detailing.
Knowledge of UAE authority requirements, including Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, SIRA, Trakhees, RTA, DIFC, and other local authorities.
Ability to prepare the following drawings:
Architectural drawings
Shop drawings
Joinery details
Flooring layouts
Elevations and sections
As-built drawings
Good understanding of construction methods, materials, finishes, and retail fixtures.
Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
