Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• 1. Lighting Design Using DIALux
• • Prepare lighting designs for projects using DIALux software.
  • Ensure proper zoning and layering of lighting types (ambient, task, and accent) based on available stock and project requirements.
• 2. Client Coordination
• • Align lighting designs with client expectations, project scope, and budget constraints.
  • Deliver product presentations to clients when required.
  • Review quotations for project sales and B2C clients, identify the most suitable products, and provide consultation on optimal product selection.
• 3. Site Visits & Installation Supervision
• • Conduct regular site visits to assess lighting requirements and provide tailored design solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales by recommending suitable products based on site-specific requirements.
  • Supervise lighting installation works at project sites to ensure compliance with approved lighting designs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure proper implementation of lighting designs and resolve technical issues arising during installation.
• 4. Cost Estimation and Management
• • Prepare and manage project cost estimates to ensure alignment with budget requirements.
  • Review and verify quotations for project-based and B2C clients, providing technical consultation to support appropriate product selection.
• 5. Product Training & Team Development
• • Provide training to the team on the company’s products, including their features, specifications, applications, and technical benefits.
  • Ensure the team has sufficient product knowledge to recommend suitable lighting solutions and communicate product information effectively to clients.
• 6. Daily Reporting
• • Submit daily progress reports through the designated WhatsApp group to ensure effective communication and team coordination.

Requirments

• • Diploma or degree in Lighting Design, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience using DIALux software for lighting design.
  • Knowledge of lighting products, technical specifications, and installation supervision.
  • Experience in client coordination, quotations, and cost estimation.
  • Ability to train team members on company products.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to conduct site visits as required.
