Position Overview
As an EO Product Manager, you will focus on core business scenarios for overseas customers, collaborate closely with China-based R&D teams, align with core product management methodologies, and lead the full product lifecycle including frontend requirements gathering, product definition, and go-to-market pricing strategy. You will engage frequently with customers and leverage AI tools to accelerate product iteration and prototype validation, taking full ownership of product innovation, commercial success, and customer value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Frontend Requirement Gathering & Product Planning
Engage directly with customers through onsite visits and in-depth discussions to identify core business needs and pain points related to spatiotemporal data intelligence and analytics. Consolidate, prioritize, and translate requirements into actionable product plans and roadmap strategies, while coordinating closely with domestic R&D teams for execution.
2. Product Definition & Core Specification Design
Based on customer business scenarios and operational requirements, lead the definition of product architecture and core specifications for large-scale spatiotemporal data intelligence platforms. Design integrated solutions combining multimodal AI and spatiotemporal intelligence, ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality requirements, and deliver high-quality product specification documents aligned with overseas market needs.
3. Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercial Pricing
Develop product pricing strategies and go-to-market plans based on overseas market dynamics, customer willingness to pay, and competitive positioning, including SaaS, project-based, and API pricing models. Define key product value propositions and create sales enablement materials to support global market expansion and product adoption.
4. AI Builder · High-Efficiency Product Delivery
Proficiently leverage mainstream AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, v0, and Figma AI to independently complete PRD drafting, prototype design, demo development, user research analysis, and competitive analysis. Continuously explore next-generation AI productivity tools, establish best practices within the team, and significantly improve the speed of product delivery from concept to implementation.
5. R&D Collaboration & Iterative Product Development
Collaborate closely with domestic R&D teams to ensure high-quality implementation and delivery of product requirements according to specifications. Consolidate customer feedback and drive continuous product iteration and optimization.
6. Industry Insight & Compliance Management
Strictly adhere to industry confidentiality and compliance requirements while monitoring technology trends and overseas policies in AI, GIS, and spatiotemporal intelligence domains. Proactively propose product innovation and upgrade recommendations aligned with the company’s business development strategy.
Candidate Profile
1. Education & Background
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in GIS, Remote Sensing, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments.
2. Product Experience
2–5 years of experience in B2B / government-facing complex business systems, AI products, or spatiotemporal data platform product management or R&D. Proven hands-on experience in frontend requirement gathering, product planning, product definition, and go-to-market pricing strategy, with the ability to independently drive key initiatives. Experience working with international customers is preferred.
3. Technical Understanding
Familiar with spatiotemporal data analysis workflows, GIS systems, and multi-source spatiotemporal data characteristics. Good understanding of multimodal AI, spatiotemporal reasoning, and related technical boundaries, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with R&D teams on technical feasibility assessments.
4. AI Tool Proficiency (Key Requirement)
Heavy user of AI productivity tools, with daily hands-on experience using Claude / ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Figma AI, Notion AI, and similar tools for documentation, prototyping, analysis, and workflow acceleration. Ability to demonstrate practical AI-driven product delivery cases is highly preferred. Candidates capable of independently building functional product prototypes using AI tools will have a strong advantage.
