Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Digital Twin Product Manager with a global mindset and a strong technical background to join our UAE team. This role serves as a critical bridge between technology and business, leading the localization, deployment, and continuous evolution of digital twin solutions across the Middle East region.
The ideal candidate will possess solid product strategy and roadmap planning capabilities, combined with exceptional English communication skills. You must be confident engaging with overseas government and enterprise clients, translating complex customer requirements into innovative, industry-leading digital twin solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Planning & Lifecycle Management
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of digital twin products (including smart cities, intelligent transportation, energy, Industry 4.0, and related domains) in overseas markets. Define product roadmaps, deliver high-quality PRDs, and oversee prototype design.
2. Client Engagement & Requirements Discovery
Engage directly with clients in the UAE and broader Middle East region, including government entities, major developers, and energy enterprises. Conduct in-depth needs assessments and business analysis to identify pain points and provide professional solution consulting.
3. Presales Support & Product Demonstration
Collaborate with overseas sales teams to deliver product demonstrations (demos), technical presentations, and client Q&A sessions in fluent English, driving opportunity progression and contract closure.
4. Cross-Border Team Collaboration
Serve as the communication bridge between overseas frontline teams and China-based R&D teams. Accurately translate market requirements, coordinate R&D, UI/UX, and QA resources, and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
5. Competitive Analysis & Market Insight
Monitor global and Middle East trends in digital twin, BIM, GIS, IoT, and related technologies. Conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic insights to maintain and enhance product competitiveness.
Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, GIS, Software Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
2. Overseas study or work experience is preferred, with familiarity in cross-cultural working environments.
3. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to use English as the primary working language. Capable of conducting business negotiations, drafting product documentation in English, and delivering executive-level presentations.
4. Extensive experience as a B2B Product Manager, preferably in Digital Twin, BIM, GIS, 3D visualization, or IoT domains.
5. Familiarity with rendering engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine (UE) is highly preferred.
6. Exceptional client communication skills and strong empathy, with the ability to distill core requirements from complex client inputs.
7. Strong project management capabilities and resilience under pressure, with the flexibility to travel internationally and collaborate across time zones.
8. Experience building industry-leading benchmark cases from 0 to 1 is a strong advantage.
