The successful candidate must have:
- A sequence in the qualifications of Bachelor, Masters, and PhD.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of university-level teaching experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated record of research and scholarly publications in reputable academic journals.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and foster student engagement in higher education.
- Experience in open and distance learning, particularly within the Open University system, is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
