About the Role
As F&B Manager, you will lead the curation, management, and delivery of food and beverage experiences across LINKVIVA’s projects.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for sourcing and managing a diverse portfolio of vendors, ensuring high-quality culinary offerings that align with each event’s concept, audience, and objectives.
You will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience through thoughtful curation, operational excellence, and strong commercial management.
What You’ll Do
- Curate and manage a diverse portfolio of F&B vendors aligned with event concepts and audiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with food trucks, cafés, caterers, and hospitality partners
- Lead vendor sourcing, onboarding, and contracting processes
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnerships to maximise value and revenue
- Ensure all vendors meet health, safety, and compliance standards
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and service standards across events
- Promote variety and inclusivity, ensuring a wide range of dietary options
- Manage on-site operations, ensuring smooth vendor setup, service flow, and execution
- Monitor performance and use data, feedback, and insights to improve future experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to align F&B strategy with overall event delivery
About You
✔ Strong experience within F&B, hospitality, or event curation environments
✔ Deep understanding of the regional food and vendor landscape
✔ A strong relationship builder with the ability to manage and grow vendor networks
✔ Commercially aware, with strong negotiation and partnership skills
✔ Highly organised and operationally strong, able to manage multiple vendors and projects
✔ Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality, presentation, and guest experience
✔ Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced, live environments
What You Need to Apply
✅ 5+ years of experience in F&B management, hospitality, or event environments
✅ Proven experience in vendor management and F&B operations
✅ Strong network of F&B vendors within the UAE
✅ Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and food regulations
✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
✅ Based in the UAE or open to relocation
