Overview of the Role
Are you an experienced Finance & Insurance professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?
We are currently building a strong pool of talented Finance & Insurance Managers for future opportunities across the UAE.
As a Finance & Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for driving F&I performance by providing customers with suitable finance, insurance, leasing, and value-added product solutions. You will work closely with sales teams and financial partners to maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring a transparent, compliant, and customer-focused experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven F&I professional who combines strong financial knowledge with excellent sales, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
What You Will Do
- Drive F&I sales performance and achieve agreed income and revenue targets.
- Maximize opportunities across finance, insurance, leasing, and value-added products.
- Present and recommend suitable financial solutions based on individual customer requirements.
- Support the sales team in maximizing new and used vehicle sales opportunities.
- Work closely with partner banks and finance providers to support customer financing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including KYC and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Coach and support Sales Executives on F&I products, processes, systems, and customer referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Monitor F&I performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain awareness of competitor products, rates, consumer offers, and market strategies.
Required Skills to Be Successful
- Strong knowledge of Finance & Insurance processes, products, systems, and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of KYC, banking compliance, and F&I requirements.
- Good knowledge of conventional and Islamic finance and insurance products.
- Understanding of leasing and residual-value-based finance products.
- Strong commercial and sales mindset.
- Excellent customer engagement, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Good quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and collaborate with sales teams.
- Good Microsoft Office proficiency.
About the Team
You will be part of a collaborative Sales team, working closely with Sales Executives, Sales Managers, financial partners, and other key stakeholders.
You will act as a key F&I expert within the sales operation, supporting the team with product knowledge, customer referrals, financial solutions, and F&I-related matters while helping create a smooth and customer-focused purchasing experience.
What Equips You for the Role
- Strong experience and knowledge of Finance & Insurance within a sales environment.
- Previous automotive experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of the automotive sales process within the UAE.
- Strong market knowledge of conventional and Islamic finance and insurance products.
- Experience presenting and advising B2C customers on F&I products and services.
- Ability to coach sales teams and support an effective customer referral process.
- Strong analytical, numerical, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
