A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
Set up tables, service areas and buffet stations according to hotel standards
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Be knowledgeable about menu items, beverages and current promotions
Ensure food and beverages are presented and served according to required standards
Clear and reset tables promptly while keeping the dining area clean and organized
Respond professionally to guest requests, questions and feedback
Maintain excellent personal hygiene, grooming, cleanliness and food-safety standards
Work closely with the kitchen, bar and other departments to ensure smooth service
Support fellow colleagues and other F&B outlets during busy periods
What do we need from you?
Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, friendly and guest-focused attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
