The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role supports daily restaurant operations, maintains cleanliness and service standards, and contributes to guest satisfaction in line with the hotel's luxury hospitality standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and dining arrangements.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage selections, and provide recommendations when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain restaurant tables, service stations, and dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Ensure tables are properly set with clean cutlery, glassware, crockery, and other required items.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special dietary requirements.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other F&B team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, clearing, and breakdown when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, equipment, and service areas.
- Follow HACCP, food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle guest bills and payments accurately when assigned.
- Promote menu specials and additional offerings to enhance the guest dining experience.
- Monitor supplies and report shortages, damaged equipment, or maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel grooming standards, service procedures, and health and safety policies.
- Perform other duties assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Assistant F&B Manager
