About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Front Office Agent – Resort Tower to join the resort’s Resort Tower Operations team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle room assignments, billing inquiries, and guest requests efficiently and accurately.
Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Respond to guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
Promote resort services and upsell room upgrades or packages when appropriate.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are delivered.
Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols.
Support VIP arrivals and special requests with personalized attention.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Previous experience in front office or guest services preferred, ideally in a luxury setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
