Responsibilities

- Create memorable guest experiences: Welcome guests warmly, build meaningful relationships, and ensure their stay exceeds expectations through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Manage guest relations and satisfaction: Proactively engage with guests, respond to inquiries, handle special requests, and address concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate guest recognition programs: Identify and acknowledge VIPs, returning guests, and special occasions, ensuring personalized touches are delivered throughout the guest journey.
