Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead and oversee all production activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of production processes, and the ability to manage teams across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all production activities from concept to delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage production teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and implement production strategies, schedules, and workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with design, logistics, and project management teams to ensure seamless production.
- Monitor production budgets, resources, and timelines to meet project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all production operations.
- Identify risks, production challenges, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management on production performance and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in production management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and equipment.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
