The successful candidate is expected to provide and lead the strategic direction for the Primary School, in accordance with the aims of the school and the curricular policies determined by the Principal as mandated by BEAM.

Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related subjects
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience following the UK National Curriculum and at least 2 years in school administration
- Completion (or near completion) of a leadership qualification (NPQSL, NPHQ or a relevant Masters degree)
- Experience of working in a high achieving school (preferred)
- Bilingual (Arabic & English speaker is a must)
- Evidence of successful implementation of a range of whole school initiatives, focusing on positive outcomes for pupils
- Experience of leading a department of phase through accreditation and/or school inspections
