We are looking for a confident and personable Arabic-speaking Host to join our team in Al Ain. In this role, you will ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed, valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. You will manage guest flow, coordinate seating, support the front-of-house team and help create seamless service throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins and waitlists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure smooth seating arrangements.
- Provide accurate information about the menu and venue when required.
- Handle guest enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain a positive, calm and solution-focused approach during busy periods.
- Ensure every guest interaction reflects the values and standards of tashas.
Operations
- Support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily service.
- Assist in maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area.
- Ensure menus are clean, presentable and readily available.
- Monitor table availability and coordinate closely with service staff.
- Assist with table setup, clearing and resetting when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the guest-facing areas.
- Follow all operational procedures, grooming standards and company policies.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with managers and front-of-house team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Support new team members during onboarding and training.
- Contribute positively to a culture of teamwork, respect and excellence.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and accountability at all times.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to company policies and local health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety.
- Follow all food safety and HACCP procedures where applicable.
