Influencer Manager

We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and relationship-driven Influencer Manager to lead and grow Snoonu's creator ecosystem.

You'll be responsible for managing and maximizing the value of our existing brand ambassadors, building a strong and diverse influencer roster, and developing an affiliate marketing program that creates measurable value for Snoonu.

This role goes beyond traditional influencer campaign management. We need someone who can build genuine long-term relationships, identify new opportunities, negotiate valuable partnerships, and turn creator collaborations into sustainable brand and commercial impact.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

Brand Ambassador Management & Partnership Development

• Own and manage Snoonu's existing brand ambassador portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for all ambassadors.
• Build and maintain exceptional, trusted, and long-term relationships with brand ambassadors and their representatives.
• Develop tailored engagement plans for each ambassador, ensuring partnerships remain active, relevant, and mutually beneficial.

Influencer Roster Development & Talent Acquisition

• Build and continuously expand a strong, diverse, and high-performing influencer roster across Qatar and relevant GCC markets.
• Identify emerging creators and established influencers across lifestyle, food, entertainment, family, technology, and other relevant categories.
• Develop a structured influencer database including audience demographics, engagement metrics, content quality, rates, and previous performance.

Influencer Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Work closely with Social Media, PR, Events, Creative, and Vertical Marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Identify opportunities to maximize earned visibility through organic creator content and brand mentions.

Commercial Negotiation & Partnership Optimization

• Maximize the value of every partnership through strategic negotiation and creative activation opportunities.
• Optimize the influencer budget by prioritizing high-performing partnerships and renegotiating underperforming agreements.

Performance, Reporting & Budget Management

• Own influencer marketing and ambassador budget planning, tracking, and optimization.
• Define clear KPIs for influencer campaigns, ambassador partnerships, and affiliate marketing.
• Benchmark creator rates and performance to ensure competitive and efficient investments.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead and develop the Influencer Executive.
• Establish efficient processes for creator identification, outreach, briefing, contracting, approvals, and reporting.
• Work with Finance, Procurement, and Legal to ensure efficient partnership and payment processes.

🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring

• 4–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Partnerships, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Proven experience managing high-profile brand ambassadors, celebrities, or long-term creator partnerships.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain strong partnerships, and manage demanding stakeholders.
• Strong existing network of influencers, creators, and talent managers in Qatar.
• Deep understanding of Qatar and GCC influencer culture, trends, and audience behavior.

✨ Bonus Points if You Have:

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in technology, e-commerce, delivery, marketplace, or superapp brands.
