About the Role
Huawei is seeking motivated graduates to join its IP networking team in Dubai. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical and commercial skills in IP network soluutions, contribute to customer-focused network designs, and support the delivery of technical proposals and business opportunities.
The successful candidate will work with experienced colleagues across technical sales soluutions development and customer engagement, gaining practical exposure to networking technologies and enterprise customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development of IP network soluutionss- that address customer requirements and demonstrate Huawei's technology and business value.
• Assist in preparing quotations, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), High-Level Designs (HLDs) and technical proposals in response to customer requirements and tender specifications.
• Support technical pre-sales activities, including requirements analysis, soluutions preparation and follow-up with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations to understand requirements and support the development of business opportunities.
• Assist with opportunity tracking and coordination from initial engagement through proposal submission and contract development.
• Conduct product, competitor and market analysis to support soluutions positioning and business planning.
• Collaborate with technical, sales and commercial teams to develop suitable network soluutionss-.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to knowledge-transfer activities within the team.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Graduated from one of the following universities or institutions:
o Khalifa University
o United Arab Emirates University (UAEU)
o American University of Sharjah (AUS)
o University of Sharjah (UOS)
o Zayed University (ZU)
o Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT)

• Familiarity with technologies such as routing protocols, MPLS, VPLS, IP VPN and network security concepts, including firewalls and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR).
• Academic projects, internships, laboratory work or practical exposure related to networking.
• Familiarity with network design, BoQs, technical proposals or commercial soluutions development.
• Relevant Huawei or industry certifications, such as HCIA/HCNA, HCIP/HCNP, HCIE, CCNA, CCNP or CCIE.
These are preferred advantages and are not mandatory for otherwise qualified fresh graduates.
