Job Overview: The IT Specialist supports, maintains, and enhances Al Qadsiah Club’s IT infrastructure. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations across club offices, training facilities, and sporting venues, while supporting staff, coaches, and management with reliable and secure technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: •Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems across the club •Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, printers, and mobile devices •Manage and monitor network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) to ensure secure and stable connectivity •Support sports operations technology, including match-day systems, video analysis tools, and access control systems •Maintain data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures •Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights •Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT services and equipment •Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures •Assist in planning and implementing new IT systems and upgrades •Ensure compliance with club policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices Requirements Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field •2–4 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role •Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments •Experience with networking, servers, and IT security fundamentals Benefits Why Join Al-Qadsiah?
