Position Overview:
CSI Global is establishing a specialized TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) Technical Unit in the Eastern Region to support major projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking ambitious and detail-oriented Saudi Mechanical Engineers to build this team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in a structured training program covering TAB theory, standards (AABC/NEBB), and practical fieldwork.
- Assist senior engineers and technicians in performing on-site testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems (air and hydronic).
- Learn to use and operate specialized TAB instrumentation, such as air data meters, flow hoods, and manometers, to collect accurate performance data.
- Meticulously record and document field measurements and observations.
- Assist in the analysis of test data and the preparation of detailed TAB reports for clients and project teams.
- Collaborate with project and commissioning teams to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system performance issues.
- Adhere to all project safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience.
- Saudi National (this position is exclusively for Saudi citizens).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
- A genuine interest in HVAC systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
