Documenting code and application functionality Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary. Min. 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable. Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
