A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Leading in the execution of the hotel's learning and development strategy.
- Coordinating onboarding, departmental training, and mandatory compliance programs.
- Supporting colleagues and leaders in identifying development opportunities and career growth plans.
- Monitoring training completion and maintaining accurate learning records.
- Conducting quality audits and supporting brand standards compliance.
- Tracking guest feedback, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.
- Assisting departments in implementing service excellence programs and continuous improvement plans.
- Supporting the preparation for brand audits, quality assessments, and guest satisfaction reviews.
- Promoting a culture of engagement, learning, and continuous improvement across the hotel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, Quality, or Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience standards, and quality management practices.
- Experience with learning management systems and training administration is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
