Arabian Machinery & Heavy Equipment Company is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Dammam. Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the coordinator position is to perform all required administrative, technical, and tasks related activities and documentation of both reactive and proactive maintenance and general upkeep of department – at both field and workshop levels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process all work orders through ERP.
- Request parts by raising PR’s and following up with relevant departments.
- Archive service reports and related documents.
- Assist unit engineer and/or supervisor in daily maintenance activities.
- Update work orders status in timely basis.
- Update internal client/end user of repair progress.
- Update maintenance logs for all machinery and equipment.
- Understand and implement AMHEC’s Quality Control Standards.
- Keep track of maintenance supply inventory.
- Handle minor repair activities with section team.
- Execute field service and workshop operational plans.
- Monitor attendance of employees and overtime.
- Facilitate, track, and provide guidance for regular contracted service activities.
- Participate in cross functional process improvement initiatives that drive workshop performance.
- Complete needed records and convey initiating work, control and documentation system.
- Provide administrative assistant to workshop engineer.
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.
HSE Responsibility:
- Identifies any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and recommends and implements measures and solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
- Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and cooperate with his/her supervisor’s instructions.
QHSE Authority:
- Contribute to the QMS: to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) by implementing processes in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.
- Participate in Training and Apply Competence: to participate in training programs to develop and maintain the necessary competence for their roles, and to apply their competence to perform work activities and contribute to the effectiveness of the QMS.
- Follow Procedures and Control of Production and Service Provision: to follow documented procedures and work instructions relevant to their work.
- Report Changes and Nonconformities: to report any changes in their work environment or processes that could affect the conformity of AMHEC's products or services, report any nonconformities and suggest corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.
