Job Description:
- Oversee all electrical systems and maintenance operations within the Factory to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
- Carry out tasks to maintain and repair Machinery & Equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize the performance and longevity of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with Production Staff to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing disruptions to production schedules.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical systems, including motors, control panels, and wiring.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to proactively identify potential issues, record and address them.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels to support maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for electrical systems and maintenance activities.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including inspection reports, and equipment logs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School / Diploma Certificates in Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, motors, control panels, and wiring.
- Excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
