Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship including implementation of an effective engagement plan
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for employees, specifically high volume hiring positions across various departments.
Analyze workforce trends and assess the talent market to inform recruitment tactics across various regions.
Designing and implementing a welfare programme that drives business impact and creates a positive culture and an engaged workforce, and reduce attrition.
Responsibilities
Provide support and coordination on various projects and activities related to performance management, manage and oversee conflict and employee grievances.
Work in liaison with Talent Partner & Head of P&C to implement & track perf framework including education & comms of goal setting, mid year review and end of year performance reviews.Reviews, monitors and analyzes performance results system wide and reports them accordingly; Coordinate and execute performance improvement or development programs to ensure performance is in line with current strategies. Plan, organize and conduct performance management programs.
Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and terminations as needed.
Coordinate and implement reward recognition programs which includes job evaluation and market surveys.
Manage and coordinate employee grievance and disciplinary issues, conduct listening sessions.
Support Recruitment and Talent Acquisition - act as the primary point of contact for the Business, ensuring effective resources are available to achieve business objectives.
Conduct data analysis to derive valuable insights to drive effective decision making through exit interview analysis, attrition analysis, recruitment time to hire, cost to hire etc.
Driving change and communication of the employee lifecycle through training, etc, and education of policies and procedures.
Mentor/coach our people to build a culture of trust.
Driving L&D calendar and initiatives.
Implementation of P&C policies.
