Role Overview
As a Marketing & Brand Activation Executive, you will play a key part in driving impactful marketing and brand activation initiatives in the heart of Muscat. In this ONSITE role, you will be responsible for orchestrating food truck activations, events, and on-ground marketing activities, helping position the brand effectively. This opportunity is open exclusively to Omani Nationals who have a solid grasp of local market dynamics and a passion for brand building and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Execute food truck activations, events, promotions, sampling campaigns, and other on-ground marketing activities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with food trucks, Mishkak outlets, universities, malls, schools, and local businesses.
- Coordinate with Baladiya/Municipality and relevant authorities for approvals related to banners, events, and marketing activities.
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, social media reach, and sales through effective activations.
- Coordinate fairs, exhibitions, events, vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
- Manage POSM, branding materials, displays, promotional items, and event requirements.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights.
- Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations.
- Track activation performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, leads, and sales impact.
Must have requirements
- Omani National
- Valid Oman driving licence.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Brand Activation, Events, FMCG, Retail, F&B, or a similar field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate events, activations, vendors, and external partners.
- Highly proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in the field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good understanding of local market dynamics and customer behaviour.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required for events and activations.
- Experience coordinating with Municipality/Baladiya or other government authorities
- Existing network with food trucks, F&B outlets, malls, universities, schools, event organisers, and local businesses
- Strong knowledge of the Muscat market and local consumer trends.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
