The Marketing & Communication Manager is responsible for leading the brand strategy, marketing campaigns, digital presence, content creation, and public relations for AKL and its subsidiaries, ensuring consistent brand positioning across manufacturing, retail, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand strategy, guidelines, and messaging across all business units.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Oversee content creation, including photography, video, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Manage the company website, social media, digital channels, and content calendar.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on analytics.
- Lead PR activities, media relations, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and corporate communications.
- Manage the marketing team, creative agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, luxury goods, or fashion industries is preferred.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, content production, campaigns, and event management.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets is an advantage.
