Job Purpose
Support and coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, promotional materials, campaigns, and communication requirements. Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure marketing activities are completed accurately and on time.
Key Accountability Areas
Marketing Coordination
- Support the execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Follow up marketing requests, timelines, approvals, and required materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, and suppliers.
- Maintain records of ongoing marketing activities.
Marketing Materials
- Coordinate preparation of brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and product information.
- Follow up design, printing, and production requirements.
- Ensure materials follow approved brand guidelines.
- Maintain updated marketing files and materials.
Sales & Market Support
- Support Sales teams with required marketing materials and information.
- Assist in collecting basic market, customer, and competitor information.
- Support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Follow up internal marketing requests and requirements.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain marketing records, quotations, and supplier documents.
- Track marketing activities and related expenses.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and updates.
- Support administrative requirements related to marketing activities.
