Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee all mobilization activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project schedules.
- Prepare detailed mobilization documentation, including timelines, checklists, and status reports.
- Coordinate and manage visa applications, renewals, and compliance with immigration regulations for employees traveling or relocating internationally.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding visa requirements, application processes, and travel-related queries.
- Develop comprehensive mobilization plans in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees relocating or traveling for work.
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials required for mobilization initiatives.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the mobilization process.
- Monitor project progress against established milestones and identify potential risks or delays.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Conduct post-mobilization reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project mobilization, operations coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic & English communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with mobilization best practices and industry standards.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
