Job Summary
Manage the assigned sales team, coverage area and products. Ensure that effective supervision and management of all aspects of sales channel stream and area.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Closely involved in sales target planning for all categories.
- Customer Relationship management

- Focusing on growing and developing existing customer, together with generating new business
- Forecasting and OTIF deliveries

- Timely collection of payment • Monitoring competitor’s activities
- Motivating salesman and merchandiser to get maximum out of them.

Work experience requirement
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar role in the assigned market with management of MT (KA) experience.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably dealing with food products sales
