Job Summary
The Retail Sales support is responsible for attending, supporting and answering clients inquiries face to face, over the phone and e-mail, ensuring that all requests are processed as per company standards and provide a competent, courteous, efficient and proactive point of contact for clients both internal and external. The Retail Sales Specialist is also responsible in helping to achieve targets through effectively promoting and advocating Wataniya’s products and value-added services.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, products, and services so that potential clients are always provided accurate information with confidence.
- Follow procedures as outlined in the code of conduct to comply with the department’s procedures and standards and comply with all regulatory requirements to mitigate compliance risks and support the performance of audits.
- Deal competently with client’s complaints and take all possible actions to resolve the issues to their fullest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance requirements is fulfillment and provided by the clients, specify, and provide guidelines to Sales/Clients for any discrepancy.
- Ensure statistical information is produced, collated, and analyzed regularly to assist in evaluating the outcomes efficiently.
- Perform day-to-day tasks and ensure achieving departmental goals and KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain client satisfaction objectives in accordance with internal SLA to meet service/quality.
- Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into clients.
Job Duties
- Prioritize tasks as per business needs and management instructions.
- Implement activity to address any areas for improvement.
- Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve Wataniya’s procedures, technology, and service so that Wataniya can provide continuous high level of services.
- Always keep record of the supplies and Marketing materials to ensure availability.
- Identify system and process gaps and recommend solutions to Supervisor.
- Participate in developing effective checklist, guidelines for Sales processes with regular updates assigned by Supervisor or Management.
- Investigate root causes and implement applicable process to achieve quick resolution and prevent future re-occurrence and report it the Supervisor.
- Ensure daily and weekly update for the month forecasting & send it on weekly bases
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors’ practices and pass on the intelligence to the retail sales management.
- Ensure Premium collection in accordance to BA credit control policy.
- Follow up on client query & request which requires interaction with other departments and renewals.

Educational Background and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or Insurance.
IFCE Certificate.
Experience:
Fresh graduate or relevant years of experience in the field of Sales, Insurance, or Banking, ranged between 0 years to 1 years.
