Skills Description
Successful Candidate
- Hold a Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree (in English) together with a recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE, State Teaching License or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of three years' experience teaching Middle Years or Diploma Years English, ideally within an IB curriculum (IB experience preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the IB MYP/DP framework and Approaches to Teaching (preferred).
- Be committed to continually developing your practice and delivering outstanding learning experiences.
