Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of multi-unit operations experience within a coffee chain or cafe concept.
- Strong knowledge of cafe operations, cost control, inventory management, and customer service.
- Proven experience managing operational KPIs, budgets, and team performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
